Coldwell Banker Advantage has snagged luxury home specialist Linda Kolarov and her team of real estate agents away from Charlotte-based Allen Tate Realty.

Kolarov, past president of the Triangle Luxury Home Marketing Group, and her team of five agents and staff sold $38.5 million worth of homes in the Triangle in 2007 – at an average price of $445,000.

The team ranked at No. 13 among the largest residential real estate teams in the Triangle, according to Triangle Business Journal’s Book of Lists. Sales data for 2008 was not available.

Kolarov was not available for comment.

In a press release from Coldwell Banker Advantage, Raleigh office manager Eddie Speas stated that Kolarov and her associate John Hartofelis bring “a tremendous amount of professionalism and expertise to our company.”

Both Kolarov and Hartofelis have served on the board of directors for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.

Coldwell Banker Advantage has 70 licensed real estate agents in the Raleigh office.
